So I saw this comic on Bluesky, and originally looked it up this morning intending to just check it out, read a bit and see what I think, maybe come back later. Instead, before I knew it about five hours and 745 pages passed, and I’m sat here absolutely devastated that I’m all up to date. What do you mean I have to wait for more???
I’m absolutely hooked, I’m enjoying the story but it’s the cast that’s really drawn me in – I love so many of them, the different relationship dynamics across the board are a DELIGHT and I love how none of them are just one-dimensional; they all feel like they’ve got stuff going on whether the reader knows about it or not, and their varied dynamics among each other really emphasise that too. The world-building’s great and has been paced out well, and I love the art too (the facial expressions!!! Some of them crack me up, some of them break my heart)
For what it’s worth, Pallas and Aster in particular are both absolute treasures, I adore them and I really hope they both get their happy ending <3
