On one hand, that’s an appropriate thing to say to someone you’re not in a relationship with when they ask why you CLAIMED OWNERSHIP of them. I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have said I own you, I don’t really think that, it was an excuse to get you out of potential danger.
On the other hand, he totally misread the cues there and made Philo sad, and that’s unconscionable. Atlas, DO BETTER.
