I dunno, I get the feeling Emin really wants Marcos to lead, but Marcos is constantly looking to him for what to do because this, by all technicality, was Emin’s idea. Emin just looks really pissed in that last panel, and it feels like that’s because Marcos is being so polite. Emin’s also got the look of an emotional cocktail slid across the bar, though, so who’s to say.
